Position Summary:The primary responsibility of the Facilities Handyman is to perform repairs and maintenance throughout their assigned restaurants as needed. The handyman will use problem-solving and technical skills to solve maintenance problems. The Facilities Handyman will also execute weekly walkthroughs and working along with the Management Team to create a plan for all maintenance issues as well as supplies needed for all projects. The Facilities Handyman will be responsible for the upkeep and the look of their assigned restaurant/s. Position Requirements: Available to work various shifts, weekends and holidays for special projects when needed. Courteous and professional demeanor. Must be able to carry out orders and work independently. Walks and stands during the entire shift. Continuously reach, bend, lift, carry, stoop and cut. Be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. Must have ability to communicate proficiently in English.
